Strongly agreed.  I want to try hard not to convince the landlords
that we're whiny bastards.

Post signs, talk to the grocers, possibly help them spec shelves to
avoid using the floor, paint a fire escape lane on the floor.  This is
not anything to bother the Hos about.

Thanks for bringing these up, yeah we need to bring that up with the
Hos.

Agreed, good points.  If we have a Mandarin scribe we're good, otherwise
we should ask nicely.

These are a problem.  I doubt the Hos will agree to replace the door,
it's expensive to do.  We might get them to agree to have an electronic
lock installed, but even that is like $20k (my wild-ass guess).  The
glass doors should be held open whenever we're present -- they have a
nice stop system that holds the doors open.

No need to be pissy about this, we can move it to one side and work
around it.  As long as it's gone before 9/1 we don't need to bring it
up.  I know you hate visual clutter, Rubin, but I strongly feel this is
not an issue.

We get to call a hauler and set up an account.  This has been very
explicit all along.
