Then we need to figure out how much money each team wants, then write up 
a proposal with a very broad outline of what each team will end up doing 
with their funds (kitchen team is going to setup a kitchen, walls team 
will put up new walls and paint, access team is going to make sure we 
can get into the space, etc). This should include a time line. Present 
this proposal at the meeting. We should also ask for the treasurer to 
hook up Shannon, Andy and Rachel with debit cards to our bank account.

We can either fudge the system and ask for consensus then and there so 
we don't delay our time line by a week, or ask if we can start using the 
funds now while waiting for consensus. If consensus is blocked then we 
can revise and resubmit, I don't think it'll be an issue.

Additionally, isn't Mitch out of town?
