[Build] floors

   i think the pickup labor is vital: if we start, we 
have to finish. if we depend on volunteers from the 
membership, we have the problem of unpredictable show 
ups, which not only presents delays, it potentially 
wastes the use of a machine that we're renting, on the 
order of $50 to $80 down the drain for nothing. pickup 
labor lets us keep the "sanding machine" going 
regardless of flake-outs. 
   i've worked with pickup labor with generally good 
results. what are your reservations?
