[Build] floors -- more on costs

   floors are late in the schedule because the 
carpenters, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, drywall 
crews, painters..., all are clumsy apes that drop 
tools and materials and goo and such. 
   best the apes do their worst before the floor 
people come in. after the floors and painting, 
typically, trim and hardware go in and we're done.
