[Build] floors -- more on costs

Yeah, I've used both pad and belt floor sanders.  I imagine with the
size of the floor, belt sanders are nice and do the job faster and
easier.  The problem with them is you can't get into corners at all.
If we have large rooms, and a low corner/floor area ratio then the
belt sander would definitely be the way to go.  I'm sure we can get
close enough for our purposes.  (If you want to really be anal, I can
loan out my detail sander that will get that last cm to the edge of
the wall.  That's what I got it for!)

Weekly rates on sanders?  That sounds like an excellent idea, allowing
us to do some cycling through different rooms and different stages, so
we can do a sand/fill/sand/rough coat/sand/finish rotation with a
single rental, allowing drying time and cycling through different
rooms at different stages and get a really good finish going.
