[Build] Landlord

What list of issues?  Do you mean the list Rubin sent out recently?  The
only things there that I'd want to see the landlord contacted about is
the elevator; I strongly feel that for the downstairs door locks we
should come up with a plan first.  Or is there some other list somewhere?

Andy has been doing a lot of the liaison with Henry.  I've done some too
and we seem to get along; I don't mind taking over this role, Andy, if
you want.
