Agreed, we should bug Henry about the 2nd floor elevator button.  We
should come up with a plan on the downstairs locks before we bother him
about it.  We need to bug them about the glass work in the front -- the
broken window has been taped but not replaced, and the sliding glass
door is just as dangerous as before.

Rachel, myself, and Shannon all seem to have a good relationship with
Henry and any of us can call him.  If we coordinate and don't bug them
too much and don't try to convince them to spend $20,000 in our first
month of occupancy, I think they'll be happy... if we repeatedly call
them demanding that they spend large amounts of money to fix things a
different tenant wouldn't have worried about, they'll quickly decide
renting to us was a mistake.
