[Build] Elevator woes

Today we were able to move the elevator tp the third floor by calling  
it, but not by using the 3rd floor button. Was able to use the second  
floor button so am confident it's not a problem with the safety  
circuit. The interior button to the 3rd floor is not currently  
working. Not sure if this is the same problem Rubin describes or not.

I mentioned an elevator problem to Henry last week and have not heard  
back yet. I will email him later today to follow up and explain that  
there are further issues.
