[Build] floor work tomorrow

"Dr Jesus & I worked on the floor patch & did the remaining half in 30
min.  A saw blade as scour was useful, but needs a handle (maybe duct
tape).  This could scale up to 3 or 4 people on the same patch, with one
running the vacuum sometimes.  This would probably scale linearly.  3 or
 4 people would probably do a patch that size in 40 minutes with the
right tools."
