really quick note,
I think the panels would be better named as original and remodel primary 
and remodel secondary.
The original has branches that spread through the entire space behind 
the walls and above the ceiling. Its got the original lighting and the 
original outlets  as well as some surface mounted stuff that you can 
easily see. I think it would mislead to think of them as front and rear 
or East and West.

otherwise it would be great to have the outlets labeled. I have a 
numbered label pad designed for the job. You'll need a tester too.

I recommend starting with a pretty accurate floor plan and drawing the 
lights and outlets onto it. Then as you number them in the space you can 
number the plan and we end up with a reliable visual of the wiring.

I won't be at 2169 tonight though I will be at 63c as I'm getting five 
minutes near 8 o'clock.
