[Build] state of the budget

   it looks like the electrical team will want 
about $2500 for materials purchased so far, and 
that will get everything done for us to move in 
and use the place. there are plans for other 
things that can be deferred. 
   my recollection of the floor costs is that 
they'll be about $2700 total. 
   i don't know the costs of walls (2x4s, 
sheetrock, screws, mud... nor the costs of 
painting. 
   scott's dre-oing the bathrooms for $6000, 
yes? 
   seems like $11000 plus walls and painting. 

   what's the truth, anybody know?
