[Build] Status update on the trash can situation

I would like to know how many extra cans we're getting from the city or 
if they're just going to do an extra pickup?

I would like to buy some smaller (but pretty big) cans to keep in the 
space, and to isolate the city cans to the elevator room. I will do this 
the next time I have access to a vehicle at 2169.

Additionally there are 2 bags of trash sitting outside on the sidewalk 
as of an hour ago. Pretty sure there's some city ordinance that says we 
can't do that unless it's in a city issued can and only on a trash day.

They offered to give us a 4'^3 dumpster type box to drop things into, 
but sadly I don't think that's going to fit through the 1st floor 
elevator door. I'm going to call them again tomorrow and see if they can 
deal with a standard trash bin.
