[Build] HVAC FAQ

   so what density and about what kind of air 
movement should we have? can we tolerate some 
stuffiness? can we limit total numbers? 
   what about the originally expressed wish 
to ventilate the work spaces. 
   given answers to the above, what will be 
the costs for the equipment and monthly power 
to run it? 

   my opinion is that we should have some 
ventilation in the bathrooms, in the work 
spaces, and at least a little in the entire 
space, but we can tolerate some stuffiness 
and we shouldn't have crowded events (my take 
on this place is that it's a hacker/diy/maker 
and study/gathering s[ace, not a party place),.
