[Build] Trash at 2169

I'll call sunset scavenger on Monday.  I already have a plan to call
pg&e for the front electrical.

We can get an arbitrary number of bins, we just have to pay more.  I'll
up it what seems a reasonable amount and we can change it again later if
its wrong either direction.
