[Build] Trash at 2169

I am wondering also about them getting back in.

I vaguely recall some weird city ordinance that specified trash bins
had to be back inside by a certain time?

Anyway, I guess it will be what it will be... unless we start having
people at Noisebridge early on Tuesday mornings to bring them in.
