[Build] Network cleanup tonight, plus the path forward.

I saw those, and they indeed look sweet. I only have one concern: are
those hard to mount? I'm wary that they're very difficult to safely
install. Does anyone have experience mounting them in a non-datacenter
environment? (read: old building with questionable ceilings)
