[Build] Network cleanup tonight, plus the path forward.

Last nights cable-ectomy was thorough and awesome. The electricians had
informed us that cat-5 can't be mounted to electrical conduit for more
than a few feet. Well, guess what: ALL of our cat-5 was mounted to
conduit, everywhere. Or left dangling about 8 feet in the air. Oops. Big
red flags for the inspector. All of it had to go.

Many, many thanks to those who came out to help! At one point we had 6
people running around pulling cable. It was a huge, dusty effort and
everyone worked unflaggingly.

We removed, and preserved (where necessary) all of the cat-5 in the
space. Henner wrapped up and labeled all of the cables running the
access control system, for later re-installation. Those are coiled just
inside the dirty shop. The space currently has wifi, using the
Monkeybrains connection on the roof and a single AP.

HOWEVER, we will need to tidy up that one cable before the inspector
comes. It enters the space through the dirty shop skylight, and just
needs to be tacked to the ceiling instead of free-hanging. I am out of
town for the next 7 days, so I need a volunteer mount it properly, using
simple cable tacks, before we are inspected.
