[Build] First pass at floor sanding

     We bought the water-based primer-top coat
system from a place on the east slope of Portrero
Hill, near where 16th meets third. I can't find them
using a search engine; I'll drive by and see if
they're still in business.
     I think best not to expect "cheap".
