[Build] First pass at floor sanding

Hi again, build@

First, a quick test with some solvent suggests that the floor currently has a
water-based finish.

Second, I called around to a number of places in SF but couldn't find any
suppliers of water-based varnish in a reasonable price. They do have a lot of
polyurethane though available from Discount Builders just down the street for
about $45/gal. Only comes in gallon pails though, so I suspect that we can
make a few trips there and back as needed as we work our way through the
space.

Third, Action Rentals just around the corner from Discount Builders rents
floor sanders for $55/day. Its the cheapest of the stores polled. They do
offer delivery which is $120 round trip on the weekend, so it would be super
excellent if someone would want to offer delivery services for us tomorrow
evening or Sunday, whenever it happens :)

I'm gonna guess that we should pick up about 10 gallons of polyurethane and
rent two floor sanders tomorrow as soon as any painting work is done.

If someone would like to underwrite the ~$450 needed to pick up 10 gallons of
polyurethane tomorrow or today before 6pm and provide transit for those cans,
that'd be super fab. <3

No guarantees on sanding happening tomorrow since some more prep work still
needs to happen involving painting, patching, and taking down the power rails.
It'll happen when it happens but won't take long to get moving once we're
ready to get moving.
