[Build] Space update for Monday, July 28th

Technically I did a long long time ago, we even had a consensus item to 
approve buying it.

If the new NB electricians approve installation of it, I can probably 
donate it.  I don't want to order it if they won't install it, or think 
it's a bad option.

Maybe someone who is working with them can arrange a chat.
