[Build] Space update for Monday, July 28th

Last I remember from the electrical plan was that we were going to
decomission use of the 2-Phase panel in the hallway and move everything to
the 3-Phase panel on the elevator room.

Technically, I think this unit can be wired to monitor more than one
panel. It has 32 independent metering channels. I don't know what the
software limitations are.

As for physical installation, the Current Transformers (CTs) come with
1-2 meter long leads depending on the model. Supposedly this can be
extended over twisted pair for a fairly long distance (10s of meters) with
minimal accuracy loss. There was some info I found about this, but it's
lost in my memory.
