[Build] Layout meeting this Sunday, June 29 at 1pm

I can't come to this meeting, I'll just be getting back into town, but I
wanted to remind folks that wheelchair access is extremely important to
maintain for all of our equipment and when planning layout it's good to
remember over & over again.

I've worked in spaces where travel lanes were taped or painted onto the
floor and it makes it far more intuitive to keep the required areas clear.
