[Build] Sprucing up the classrooms

Hey folks, please don't buy/order/acquire anything until we're a little
more concrete on doing all this. The budget is a rough draft and I
honestly haven't measured anything regarding where the projector should
go and how long the cables should be. Also some of this stuff we might
be able to source for cheaper or for free (like I have a spare projector
mount in my closet I don't need).

So I appreciate the enthusiasm but let's wait a little bit till I've had
some time to come up with an actual solid plan. Thanks!
