[Noisebridge-congress] General travel plans, questions.

Tickets tend to be cheaper at the middle/end of the week.  I got my
round trip for $584 last Thursday night.  Kayak.com has a graph that
shows how much people paid for the same tickets over a several month
timeline.  There's usually a dip in prices on Wednesday or Thursday.
