[Noisebridge-congress] Roll call for 31C3

Some plans are starting to solidify.

I found someone that was interested in splitting a place in Hamburg.

I'm thinking of making a trip like:
* Dec.24 sfo>ham
* Dec.30 ham>vie
* Jan.2  vie>ber
* Jan.6  ber>sfo

I'm still scouting out inexpensive places to sleep in Vienna and Berlin if
anyone knows of any leads.
