[Noisebridge-congress] Shuttle The Fuck Up

There's a big table here for shuttle signups but not a lot of details:

Does anybody know about this service from previous years? Is this distinct
from the public bus service? If I increment the appropriate counter, will
there magically be a ride waiting for me? Is it cost money? Reliable? Or
like wtf?
