[Noisebridge-congress] Shuttle The Fuck Up

I'm borrowing a car from a coworker (who is also going up to camp).  I can 
not drive it, but we have a few people who can.  We can provide an 
on-demand shuttle if necessary.  It's a VW polo, so it's not super high 
capacity, but should be enough to get 3 people to camp at a time.
