[Noisebridge-congress] Logo/Image/Flag thread

That's a pretty good logo. I'm a little hesitant on using it for a few
reasons.

1. If we get trolled (which we will), it would be crappy for it to hit that
movie company.
2. The logo is a little serious, while I think we're a little more
whimsical and weird.

But if other people want to use it, go for it.
