[CQ] Repeater Basics Introduction

We have an offer to do a basic "Introduction to using repeaters"
session at noisebridge; I've thrown together a quick WhenIsGood for
people to use.  It's got all the evenings next week; this week is
probably pretty well shot due to the holiday.
