All,
   I flashed my Linksys WRT54GL box tonight (took less than 10 minutes
to download, read the install docs and flash my router) - this
includes time spent trying to figure out where the power cord was as
well.

It's up in my window looking down on the Mission from near Coso and
Mirabel Ave.

SSID=HSMM-MESH
NODE=N2TIQ-100

Likely no one else will be able to see it, but on the off chance
someone is near.

I have a lot more to do in order to add services, etc.. to the node
but just wanted to say how easy it was to get a simple node up on the
air.
If you have a 54GL sitting in a box it takes almost no time to get it
up.

Regards,
     Jeff N2TIQ
