That sounds awesome!

You may want to investigate SpO2 instead of audio as a possible input 
source. I'm not sure if it'd work very well through the neck, but you 
may be able to pull it off and it'd likely be more noise tolerant.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can get electrocardiography with only 
neck electrodes...  :)
