[Cyborg] motor specs

... though it occurs to me now, we might find it better to drive the  
motors with the full 3V they're rated for, and vary the duty cycle  
over which we drive 'em. PWM-style. That seems like it should handle  
the "start from stuck" issue we were seeing at low voltages. Might  
also make the design more adaptable to different types of motors  
(single sources bad, or so I hear), say if we were to make an  
instructable.

Just a thought.
