[Darkroom] interesting photo exhibit?

On KPFA I heard about what sounded like interesting work by the
photographer Jim Doukas, which is on display at the Joyce Gordon
Gallery over in Oakland. The artist was saying that they put something
like 30-40 hours into making each print, as they layer the emulsion
onto the paper by hand...or something like that:

I also seem to remember them mentioning chocolate being incorporated
somehow. Not sure if I'll make it over to the gallery, but if anyone
does, I'd be curious to know more.
