[Darkroom] donation of large developing trays, blowing up images

Hey ya'll,
I'm planning on acquiring  some large developing trays for the darkroom to
be able to print 11x14.  I've only printed little 5x7s in the darkroom and
am assuming we can blow images up to 11x14 with one of our enlargers.  If I
am wrong can someone let me know?

Oh, and since I plan on being around more often in the immediate future, I
wanna become a member ( at the 40/month type) and or buy chemicals--- I
don't know how our stock is of things as I haven't been in since Nov.  I
don't know what's the best for noisebridge. I'm really just around for the
darkroom at least until April.
