[Darkroom] Fixer waste water

[Celeste Lindahl]

Rayko disposes of fixer for a cost. I've spoken to them about it before.
It's not very pricey, but it would depend on how much fixer everyone
usually goes through. Could be worth a try to coordinate if every other
solution is less practical.
