Hi all

We should have a brief meet and great especially if Kevin and Vinay attend.

John and I discussed how to refactor and diversify our efforts. My suggestion is to branch our efforts with the book scanner and the ocr stand. We shall discuss.

We have need to build new or more ocr devices. This can be accomplished ad hoc or via a hackathon. OCR hackathon has a nice ring to it.

Seeing funding and grants should be a priority for 2015 to 2015. Funds could be used to furnish prototype costs, exhibits, etc.
