[Digitalarchivists] Bookscanner status

Actually, on Wednesday Kevin and I rebuilt the Mac Mini and cleaned up the
scanner. ScanTailor and tesseract are installed, and we were able to go
from scan to PDF+OCR. It still needs some instructions, but everything is
ready to use now!
