If you want to try for something that's light-tight, you would have to go
for a solid build (a configuration you set when creating the gcode in
replicatorG) and make the case design thick.

I'm not positive it would be 100% light-tight, but that way you would not
have the honeycomb internal pattern & case design thinness that would lead
to cracks.
