[Freecon] Libreboard, Sandstorm, wiki - things to do

Encountered Libreboard[0] which is MIT licensed a while ago.

it runs in Sandstorm[1] (hopefully Spacewiki could also do this).

I'd be interested in taking the opportunity to use Sandstorm for
something.

If folks want to move the mailing list off NB we can run a mailman
instance on whatever cheap instance we pick up.
