[German] 1st class review

Ich glaube dass es besser ist, wenn wir auch eine englische Uebersetzung
einschliessen.  Deswegen koennen auch Deutsch-anfaenger(innen) an die
Auseinandersetzung teilnehmen.  Sogar fuer nicht-anfaenger(innen) ist das
vorteilhaft.

I think it's better if we also include English translations.  That way
beginners can also take part in the discussion.  It's even advantageous for
non-beginners.

(Here I include the (innen) in parenthesis as a political nod.  The proper,
traditional German is for the plural to be masculinized, unless all
participants are female.)
