You could also go with:

   Rauschbrücke

In the electrical engineering sense, "noise" often
means "Rauschen", which technically would be "static
noise" in english. "Rausch" also has another meaning
of "ecstasy" or "inebriated state". "Brücke" is just
"bridge",also in electrical engineering.
