[ml] Intro to Information Retrieval Talk Tomorrow

Hi all-

Just a reminder that this talk will happen tomorrow at NoiseBridge starting
at 7:30.  It should be fairly intuitive, so I'm hoping to cover all this in
about an hour and change.

Afterward, we can go into depth with your questions or alternatively move
into discussion of CS229 Lecture 3 depending on everyone's interest.
