Hey all.

Just wanted to voice my interest on machine learning.

My primary goal is to apply it to security problems where we have
experimental/live data.

A couple of ideas come to mind:
intrusion detection signature generation
A/V signature generation
learning mandatory access control rules
learning normal network behavior for anomaly detection

I'd been meaning to drive down to Hacker Dojo for their stuff, but if it's
at NB that's a lot closer to me.
