[ml] question on interests

Glenn,

I would be very interested in a presentation on record linkage. I'm
currently working with a Marvel Social Graph that links characters and
comics:

http://exposedata.com/marvel/

I would like to join this data with Wikipedia articles, and also incorporate
nodes for movies, television shows, etc.

I'm also working with this dataset on US foreign aid:

http://explore.data.gov/Foreign-Commerce-and-Aid/U-S-Overseas-Loans-and-Grants-Greenbook-/5gah-bvex

Basically entities are either countries or US programs (plus some groups,
like Asia, or Unspecified). There are dollar values going from programs to
countries. I'd like to go both up the budget to see where the money for
these programs came from, and also down (eg, USAID's published budget) to
see more granular details of how money in that program was spent.
