[EEG] introduction & question about next meeting

Welcome MAtt,

I'm thinking we didn't meet last Sunday because of the MAker FAire,  
but I'm ready with the box that we are going to stack EEG boards in,  
we have mine and I think Mitch's, but we could use yours as well.  Let  
me know when you all are ready!
