One other bit of quick explanation to make things more comprehensible, just
in case.  'contralateral supraorbital' essentially means "above the
opposite eye".  So if an anode is on the left DLFPC and a cathode is on the
contralateral supraorbital, then the cathode is on the right brow, just
above the ridge.
