[Noisebridge-discuss] Bylaw structure consensus

This accurately reflects my understanding. "Yes"

Having read it, though, I think there's a point we missed: the initial
Members. The process for adding capital-M Members as laid out here
assumes an existing organization. It doesn't make sense to require a
3-month contribution and a Member vote for the initial Members. My
feeling is that most or all of the people on this list should be Members
from the start (if they want to, of course).

I'm not sure how this would be incorporated into the Bylaws... but
actually I think we don't have to. For one thing, if someone ever
emailed the list or attended a meeting or hung out on IRC or chatted
about Noisebridge with anyone ever, that should count as a sustained
contribution under the circumstances, and if there's nobody yet who can
vote, their membership automatically passes. There. Solved.
