I know a few people who have USAA bank accounts because their father
was in the military.  All have good things to say about it.  Meredith,
would you be willing to contact them and ask if Noisebridge (a DBA that doesn't have family in the military) could have a free account?  A couple other questions I have:  Does someone in the DBA already need to have a USAA account?  If so, what happens if that person stops being in the DBA?

I've added a section on the Finances page of the wiki about choosing a bank, with a new wiki page for adding info on everyone's favorite bank:
Anyone interested in recommending a bank, please add your info there.  Then we can decide on which bank to open a Noisebridge account (at the next meeting?).
