Should be easy on 8th or 9th streets after hours.

Also: I've turned the fridge on if anyone wants to bring drinks. I'm not 
going to vouch for its cleanliness but it probably won't kill you unless 
you lick it.

If I'm inspired I'll try to get there early to clean up a bit but I 
haven't really touched the space since people last saw it, except to 
remove some soggy sheetrock.
