[Noisebridge-discuss] FOSS/H in the mission statement

I'm all for noisebridge open-sourcing stuff, though I don't know if it needs
to be explicit in the bylaws.  In any case, lets get the bylaws filed first,
then discuss this as an amendment. Has anyone heard back from Carol yet?
Are we ready to send a letter to Sacramento?
